O.k. So here are some pictures as promised.
#1 Ben and future Ben (hopefully not...usually the skeleton wears the hat on Ben). My mom is a physical therapist so we just so happen to have a life size skeleton at our house, convienent huh?
#2 A bowl of dehydrated vegetables that we have added to many meals. For every 2.25 oz of this stuff it makes 2.5 cups cooked veggies. And the final photo below is some of our many bags of granola type cereals and powdered milk, the breakfast of champions. It has been quite bizzare to see all the food that 2 hungry hikers will eat for many months. I bet you're all jealous of the delicious food :) Actually, I have been quite impressed by the variety that we have considering the amount of food we are dealing with. As a dietitian I can't help myself.
